- Absolutely. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 25 users, and Professional comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
- How does per-user pricing work?
- You are billed only for active users who have at least one managed entitlement. Service accounts, bots, and deactivated users do not count toward your seat total.
- What integrations are supported?
- RoleGuard connects to 100+ SaaS apps, cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), LDAP/Active Directory, and any SCIM-compatible identity provider. Custom connectors are available on the Enterprise plan.
- Is my data secure?
- RoleGuard Access is SOC 2 Type II certified and encrypts all data at rest and in transit. Enterprise customers can choose single-tenant or on-prem deployment for maximum isolation.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
